Complexity of agency relationship in commercial bank demand special monitoring systems covered both market-based and regulatory measures to prevent moral hazards associated with the existence if information asymmetry. Unfortunately conflicting objectives between the two measures sometimes occurs. In this case i argue that monitoring system should focus on signals of the risk exposures confronted by bank.
