Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan tentang kinerja pengurus PSSI priode 2007-2011, budaya organisasi di PSSI dan hubungan budaya organisasi dengan kinerja. Dengan melakukan wawancara medalam, observasi dan studi pustaka, hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa kinerja pengurus PSSI priode 2007-2011 dinilai buruk. Budaya organisasi di PSSI adalah kuat negatif, karena nilai-nilai pertemanan yang tidak profesional dianut secara kuat oleh semua level. Dan, ada hubungan antara budaya organisasi yang kuat negatif dengan kinerja para anggota organisasi
The purpose of this study is to describe the performance of PSSI management for the period 2007-2011, organizational culture in PSSI and the relationship between organizational culture and performance. By conducting in-depth interviews, observations and literature studies, the results show that the performance of the PSSI management for the 2007-2011 period is considered poor. The organizational culture at PSSI is strongly negative, because the values of unprofessional friendship are strongly embraced by all levels. And, there is a strong negative relationship between organizational culture and the performance of organizational members.
