The financial crisis which has occurred since last year in the United State has spread up to the whole world including to Europe. This financial crisis gave impacts in many industrial sectors such as in the automobile industry and banking. The European Union and their members have taken the preliminary steps in facing the crisis. However, are these steps effective in handling the impacts of the crisis?
