Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi muzakki menunaikan zakat pada tingkat Rukun Warga dengan asumsi bahwa keberadaan Masjid dipastikan selalu ada di wilayah tersebut dengan populasi antara 300 sampai 400 kepala keluarga. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian regressi logistik dimana intensitas muzakki dalam menunaikan zakat dalam setahun dijadikan sebagai variabel terikat, sedangkan buku tabungan akherat, kehadiran dalam majelis taklim, kepercayaan kepada baitul mal, jarak rumah ke masjid, pendapatan perbulan, jumlah keluarga, kinerja amil zakat dan distribusi zakat dijadikan sebagai variabel bebas.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor faktor yang mempengaruhi intensitas muzaki dalam menunaikan zakat dalam setahun di Baitul Maal Masjid Jami An Nur adalah muzakki yang berpendapat bahwa buku tabungan akherat, kehadiran dalam majelis taklim lebih dari 3 kali dalam seminggu dan muzakki yang berpendapat kinerja amil yang dinilai zakat cukup baik.
The objective of this research is to find out the factors that influence the muzakki to carry out the zakah in the Rukun Warga with the assumption that existence of the mosque is certain in the mentioned area with the population between 300 to 400 families. This research used binary logistic regression method whereas the intensity of the muzakki in carrying out the zakah in one year as the dependent variable, while the income level, the number of the family, the distance of the houses, the trust to the tithe officers, the akherat saving accounts for eternity, presence in taklim and the performance of zakah officers used as independent variable.
The result of this research is found that the factors influence the muzakki intensity subject to the tithe payment in Baitul Mal is that the muzakki with the opinion that the role of akherat saving accounts for eternity has a big impact to influence the continuity of the tithe payment, the presence in taklim of more than three times in a week and the muzakki with the opinion that the performance of the zakah officers are accounted good enough.
