Penelitian ini membahas tentang pelaksanaan program antibullying di sekolah yang berupa pelatihan terhadap guru mengenai nilai keluhuran serta bagaimana membentuk sistem dan jaringan antibullying di sekolah tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan studi literatur, wawancara mendalam, observasi dimana yang menjadi informan dalam penelitian ini adalah fasilitator pelatihan/trainer Yayasan Semai Jiwa Amini dan peserta pelatihan itu sendiri yaitu guru serta siswa SMA 'X'. Para informan dipilih menggunakan sampel purposif. Hasil penelitian menyarankan agar pihak Sejiwa juga memberikan pelatihan tersebut kepada para siswa dan orang tua, serta untuk SMA 'X' disarankan membentuk suatu support group siswa untuk meminimaliasi gap antar siswa senior dan junior.
This study described the implementation of antibullying program in school, conducted in training form which addressed to teacher based on noble norms and living values and also gives guidance and references to build an antibullying system and network. This study used qualitative method of research and descriptive study approach. The data collecting technique used literature of study, in-depth interview and field observation which informants are training facilitator on behalf Semai Jiwa amini foundation, and the training's audience itself which are the teachers and pupils of SMA 'X'. The informants chosen by using purposive sampling. The result suggests Sejiwa to also conduct those trainings for pupils and their parents and SMA 'X' was suggested to build pupils support group to minimize gap among senior and junior.
