ABSTRAK
Vital exhaustion (VE) merupakan prediktor utama terjadinya infark miokard (IM),diduga kepribadian tipe-D mempunyai hubungan independen dengan VE. Hubungankepribadian tipe-D, faktor fisiologi: kolesterol total, indeks masa tubuh (IMT), highdensity lipoprotein (HDL), low density lipoprotein (LDL), dan tekanan darahdiastolik (TDD), serta faktor gaya hidup dengan VE, telah diungkapkan olehbeberapa ahli namun belum jelas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengindentifikasihubungan antara kepribadian tipe-D dan faktor fisiologi berbungan dengan terjadinyaVE pada pasien IM. Penelitian ini menggunakan metoda cross sectional designs.Dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 68 yang dipilih menggunakan teknik consecutivesampling pada subjek yang datang dirawat di ICCU RSUPN Cipto Mangunkusumodan Gedung Perawatan lantai 3,4, dan 5 RSJPD Harapan Kita Jakarta. Hasilpenelitian membuktikan kepribadian tipe D, kolesterol total dan TDD berhubungansignifikan dengan VE dan faktor yang paling berhubungan dengan VE adalahkepribadian tipe-D. p=0,01α:0,05, OR 6,83 (CI:1,58-29,48). Simpulan penelitian iniyaitu pasien IM yang berkepribadian tipe-D mempunyai peluang 6,8 kali mengalamiVE dibanding pasien IM bukan tipe-D setelah dikontrol oleh kolesterol total, TDDdan peminum minuman keras, dan pasien dengan kolesterol total berisiko berpeluang5,9 kali mengalami VE dibanding dengan kolesterol total tidak berisiko setelahdikontrol oleh tipe-D, TDD, dan peminum minuman keras, serta pasien dengan TDDberisiko berpeluang 5,7 kali mengalami VE setelah dikontrol TDD tidak berisiko,kolesterol total dan tipe-D. Rekomendasi penelitian adalah memasukkan kepribadiantipe-D dan VE, dalam format pengkajian asuhan keperawatan di setiap setingpelayanan pada pasien dengan penyakit jantung koroner.

ABSTRACT
Vital exhaustion is a predictor to myocardial infarction, and personality type -D is independent to vital exhaustion. According to researches about Vital exhaustion related to personality type-D, physiologic factors such as total cholesterol, body mass index (BMI), high density lipoprotein (HDL), low density lipoprotein (LDL), anddiastolic blood pressure (DBP) and also life style, stile not clear. The aim of this study was to identified relationship between personality type-D and physiologic factors with vital exhaustion to the patients of myocardial infarction (MI). This study used a cross sectional designs with 68 subject, that was taken with a consecutive sampling at ICCU room in Cipto Mangunkusumo National CenterHospital and the third, fourth, and fifth floor of Nursing care building at National Cardiovascular Center Harapan Kita Jakarta. The results of this study were type-D personality, total cholesterol, and diastolic blood pressure statistically significant related to vital exhaustion. Type D personality was dominant statistically significant to vital exhaustion p=0,01α:0,05, OR 6,83 (95% CI:1,58-29,48). The researcher concluded that were MI patients with type-D personality have 6,8 times to become vital exhaustion than without type-D, and MI patients with risk of cholesterol total have 5,9 times to become vital exhaustion than without risk of cholesterol total,and MI patients with risk of DBP have 5,7 times to become vital exhaustion than without risk of DBP after adjusted by without type-D, cholesterol total and consume alcohol. Recommendation of this study is to submitted personality type-D and vital exhaustion assessment in form of nursing care for patient heart coronary disease in all health care setting.
