Penerapan Tata Kelola TI di Universitas Paramadina saat ini khususnya pada perencanaan proyek-proyek / kegiatan TI sebagai kerangka untuk membuat keputusan TI jangka panjang yang tepat dengan mempertimbangkan kepentingan Universitas secara keseluruhan. Berbagai proyek/kegiatan TI dilakukan demi untuk mewujudkan suatu Tata Kelola yang efektif. Perencanaan proyek / kegiatan TI di Universitas Paramadina belum mengikuti prosedur yang standar. Metode pemodelan Tata Kelola yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini difokuskan pada satu domain utama COBIT, yaitu Planning and Organisation khususnya pada PO10. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan proses observasi dan wawancara. Berdasarkan hasil observasi dan wawancara tersebut, dilakukan analisis dan penilaian tingkat maturity. Berdasarkan hasil penilaian maturity yang didapat, diberikan usulan berupa struktur organisasi yang baru yang diharapkan memperkuat keterlibatan Div. TI dalam pengelolaan proyek / kegiatan TI serta SOP atau pedoman yang diharapkan dapat diimplementasikan di Universitas Paramadina.
The implementation of IT Governance at the Paramadina University, especially in planning IT projects and activities, is crucial as a framework for a long term decision in IT, while considering the interests of the University in general. Various IT projects and activities have been undertaken to achieve an effective IT Governance. Planning IT projects and activities at the Paramadina University are not follow standard procedures. IT Governance modeling method used in this research is focused on a particular main domain COBIT, which is the Planning and Organization, especially in PO10. Data collection is done by the process of observation and interviews. Based on that, the analysis and assessment of the maturity level are carried out. Based on the results of the assessment of maturity, recommendations of a new organizational structure is proposed. The recommendations are expected to strengthen the involvement of the Division of IT at Paramadina University in managing IT projects and activities and developing of SOP or guidelines to be implemented in the University.
