Skripsi ini membahas mengenai beragam bentuk yang ada pada nisan-nisan di Museum Taman Prasasti. Nisan-nisan tersebut diklasifikasikakan berdasarkan bentuk-bentuknya sehingga akan didapati bentuk-bentuk apa saja yang ada pada nisan. Selain membahas mengenai bentuk-bentuk nisan, nisan-nisan tersebut juga dilihat berdasarkan ragam hias dan letak inskripsi pada nisan. Berikutnya, ragam hias dan penempatan inskripsi dikaitkan dengan penempatan pada nisan-nisan tersebut.

The focus of this undergraduate thesis is about the various of the shape of the gravestones in Museum Taman Prasasti, Jakarta. These gravestones are classified based on their shape. Therefore, it will be found the shape of the gravestones. Besides shape, the ornamentals and the position of the inscription in the gravestone are concerned. And then, the ornamentals and the position of the inscription are are connected with the gravestones.
