This article aim to analyze difference between coperative problem solving on low organization culture and on high organization culture. Then influence level of education and experience of at organization culture context. Sample at this study is employe at organization and private bank in Semarang city, with number of sample 51 and 31. This studi finding indicates that thre is diference of cooperative problem solving between low and high culture organization culture, more cooperative prblem solving is used employee at high organization culture conteks compared at low culture context. Then level of education not significant with high organization culture context in cooperative problem solving. And significant in with cooperative problem solving in low organization culture context.
