The current unorganized data in many areas, including Banyumas Regency showed that management of data in many regency is weak, leading to a wrong direction in achieving the policy goals. The regency had attempted to improve its acievement in this matter by implmenting SIAK online and ofline, creating the implementer institution coordinating among implementer institutions, and improving facility and human resources. There are some opportunities and challenges that may affect its perfformance. Another challenge is that the government could not a enforce the law effectively, resulting in its dificulties to achieve its performance in the data management.
