The cooperation among autonomous regions, actually, become an imperative necessity because the government and development affairs, nowadays, go beyond to the boundaries of those autonomous regions. Besides, in the context of development, each autonomous region has to face several problems which are not only very difficult to be overcome by every autonomous region itself, but also urge cooperation among the neighbouring autonomous regions. It's also known that, several consequences of the development obtained by a certain region, very often must to be beared by other neighbouring regions too. Additionally, it can be said that , not all the resources needed for the ralization of the development can be found inside such region. Therefore cooperation among autonomous regions is an urgent activity which must to be done . This paper portrays the result of the study conducted by IIP on aspects which must be the focus of cooperation among autonomous regions.
