Implementation of entrepreneurial government at local administration Gorontalo city is one of four grand strategies that must implemented to get the vision as a entrepreneurial government.The local government was perform of special strategies as depicted on D of 2008 - 2013 in sustain the implementation of entrepreneurial government. The research aimed to find out and analyze supportive and impediment factors as well required strategy in optimizing implementation of entrepreneurial government. The research method used is descriptive with qualitative approach. In this case, the observer serve as instrument, while data collection techniques are interview and literature. Meanwhile the information collected by purposive sampling technique. Data analysis use qualitative methods and SWOT analysis. The results showed that the strategy taken by the government in Gorontalo City government conducted self - employment include: improved coordination , integration and synchronization between government agencies based administration of e-government, increase in one - door service fucntions; increase in the level of public services TR,RW and sub-district; development work culture, the minsed of government officials and not against the law and improving the quality of financial management areas. In implementation, the strategy has not run optimally executed. The strategic movements that performed in optimizing sn implementation of entrepreneurial government at Gorontalo City are improves of communication and coordination, use the advanced technology and staffing reformation.
