Pesantren had a strategic potential in people life. Even though, most of Pesantren positioned themselves as the education and religion institutions (tafaqquh fi al-din), in the year of 1970s, which indicated as a "resuffle" paradigm era, few of pesantrens tried to reposition themselves as a part of the effort to respond the dynamics of social life. That new paradigm, at least made of an integrative thought contract (non dikhotomik), which consider that the life in this world and the hereafter life walk together, or even more integral (become one). From this paradigm, emerged an action program, which represents an effort to seize the prosperity in this world and the next. This economic activity is a way to seize prosperous life, while to live in prosperity is religion recommendation. Therefore, the efforts to seize the prosperity in life through economy activity is religion recommendation.
