Appropriate laboratory testing is an integral component of the proper evaluation of the male with infertility. Semen Analysis was the window to know the quality of a man's semen. In the infertile couples , first it shoud be cheked the semen of man's caunterpart, because its procedure is relatively easy and cheap. If the result of semen analysis is normal, than the wife caunterpart was conducted by obstetric .
