Tujuan penlitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi pengaruh terapi sentuhan terhdadap suhu dan nadi bayi prematur yang dirawat di ruang perinatologi. DEsain penelitian menggunakan kuaasi eksperimen dengan pre dan post test. Data dianalisis dengan uji t-test. Cara pengambilan sampel dengan consecutive sampling, dengan jumlah sampel 30 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan rerata suhu bayi prematur secara signifikan pada kelompok intervensi (p value=0,000). Kesimpulannya, terapi sentuhan dapat meningkatkan suhu bayi prematur. Disarankan agar terapi sentuhan untuk diterapkan sebagai standar operasional prosedur bayi prematur.

The purpose of this research to identify the influence of touch therapy on temperature and pulse rate of premature baby which taken care of preinatology room. The test to know difference of increase of temperature score mean and of pulse rate on intervention group and control group by using t-test. Number of sample was 230 respondent.Result shows there were significant increase of temperature premature baby after the intervention group obtain touch therapy p (value=0,000). Conclusion, touch therapy can improve premature baby temperature. uggested that touch therapy can be applied for premature baby which taken care of perinatology room.
