Skripsi ini membahas hubungan burnout dengan kepuasan kerja pustakawan di Pusat Jasa Perpustakaan dan Informasi Perpustakaan Nasional Republik Indonesia. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif korelasi dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Responden sebanyak 50 orang pustakawan Pusat Jasa Perpustakaan dan Informasi Perpustakaan Nasional Republik Indonesia dengan menggunakan Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) dan kuesioner kepuasan kerja. Hubungan burnout dengan kepuasan kerja dihitung menggunakan uji korelasi pearson dengan nilai r = 0,427. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang cukup erat antara burnout dengan kepuasan kerja pustakawan di Pusat Jasa Perpustakaan dan Informasi Perpustakaan Nasional Republik Indonesia.

This research discusses the relationship between burnout and job satisfaction of the librarians who work in the Center of Library and Information services of the National Library of Indonesia. This is a correlative descriptive research using quantitative approach. Fifty librarians of the Center who are all civil servants became respondents of this research. The research tools used are a job satisfaction quetionnare and Maslach Burnout Inventory. Pearson correlation test is used to score the relationship value between librarian burnout and librarian job satisfaction. The result of the correlation test of r = -0,427 so that there is a very close relationship between burnout and job satisfaction among the librarian working in the Center of Library and Information services of the National Library of Indonesia
