Mikroenkapsulasi furosemida dengan metode koaservasi pemisahan fase

 Abstract

Teiah dilakukan penelitian tentang mikroenkapsulasi
furasemida dengan metode koaservasi pemisahan fase Fenyalut
yang diqunakan adaiah campuran gelatin dan gorn - akasia.
Perbandingan antara furosemlda gelatin dan gom akasia
adalah 111 dengan berat masing-masing bahan 1q5 grarn
Fercobaan liii d.ilakukan pada empat kondisi yaltu pH 3..8
40; 4,2 dan 4. Formalin sejumlah 10 mililiter d.igunakan
sebaaai pengeras dinding mikrokapsul.
Secara urnum mikrokapsui yang diperoich berbentLk
mononukleus Mikrokapsul dengan kondisi pembuatan pH 40
mempunyai ben tuk yang lebih baik dibanding mikrokapsui
lainnyaq yutu berhentuk hulat dencjan permukaan dinding
yang licin dan intl (nengumpul di teh qah cnikrokapsul.
Fersentase furosemida yang tersalut antara 89% sampal
95/.. Hasil ter-tinggi diperaleh rnikrokapsul pada pH 4q0,.

Microencapsultion of furosemide with caaservation
separation phase method had been investigated. The coating
material were mixture of gelatin and gummi acaciae The
ratio of furosemide gelatin and gummi acaciae was 1:11
and each of the material weight was 15 gram. There were
four treatment 4 pH 38; 40 42; and 45. A hardening
agent was Used 10 mililiter of forrnalin.
Generally, microcapsules was founded formed spherical
mononucleus. Microca psules pH 4 1 0 has better performance
than the othersq because it has smooth surface wall, spherical
and mononucleus.
The persentations of coated furosemide between 89% -
The lithhest result was achived at microcapsules with
pH 40.
