Identifikasi flavonoid daun strobilanthes crispus BL

 Abstract

Telah dilakukan penelitian untuk menentukan golongan
flavonoid yang dikandung oleh daun Strobilanthes crispus Bi.
Penelitian meliputi pemeriksaan pendahuluan, kromatografi la
pisan tipis, kromatografi kertas, dan spektrofotoxnetri.
Dari hasil percobaan diketahui bahwa daun Strobilanthes
crispus Bi mengandung dua senyawa flavonoid yang termasuk
golongan flavon atau flavonol.
Has been done the atudy..in classifying flavonoid cornpounds
from the leavesofStrbbilàntheS crispus Bi. The study
consists of preliminary investigations, thin layer chromatography,
paper chromatography and spectrophotometry.
From the experiment results, has been found out that
the leaves of Strobilanthes crispus Bl contain two kinds of
flavonoid compounds classified as flavofles or flavonols.
