Produktivitas merupakan salah satu indicator penting untuk menilai keberhasilan suatu usahatani. Makin tinggi produktivitas yang dihasilkan berarti makin efisienlah usahatani tersebut sehingga berimplikasi pada kepuasan petani. Namun demikian, tidak semua usahatani yang memiliki produktivitas tinggi dapat memuaskan petani disebabkan oleh tidak adanya institusi yang menjamin stabilisasi harga. Institusi yang menjamin ketersediaan sarana produksi serta tidak terjangkaunya harga dalam memenuhi kebutuhan mereka. Kehadiran Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) PT Agropotombuluh merupakan harapan baru bagi petani dalam merealisasikan keinginan-keinginan mereka.Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh antara kualitas layanan dan motivasi petani terhadap produktivitas usahatani serta pengaruhnya terhadap kepuasan petani. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kecamatan Telaga Biru Kabupaten Gorontalo dengan penentuan empat desa sampel secara purposive. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan proporsional random sampling.Dari hasil penelitian di peroleh bahwa produktivitas usahatani dipengaruhi positif oleh kualitas layanan dan motivasi petani. Akan tetapi kepuasan petani tidak dipengaruhi oleh produktivitas usahatani. Disisi lain motivasi petani secara langsung berpengaruh postif terhadap kepuasan petani namun kualitas layanan tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap kepuasan petani.

Productivity is one of the urgent indicator in assessing the improvement of farm. The higher productivity is valued showing the most efficient of the farm, through implicates in farmer satisfaction. Moreover, the higher farm can not satisfies for all farmers because of there is not an institution can stabilize the price, particularly the institution guarantes the production input and the low price as the farmer expectation. The General Vilage's Corporate (BUMDES) PT Agro Potombuluh is one of a new form in fulfilling the farmer expectation particularly in realization their desire.

The aims of this research analizes the effect of service quality and farmer motivation towards the farm productivity and the farmer satisfaction. The research is in Telaga Biru sub distric of Gorontalo regency with four village of area sample was taken purposively. data collecting technique is proposionaly random sampling.

The result shows that the farm productivity positively influences the service quality and the farmer motivation, meanwhile the farmer satisfaction is uninfluenced by farm productivity. Besides the motivation has direct effect positively towards farmer satisfaction although the service quality has not direct effect to farmer satisfaction.
