Asset management is a system which an organisation or corporation uses to track its fixed properties such as weirs, pipelines, etc. Historical data is one of the sources of asset management. This paper tries to manipulate the existed data and design new data structures. Several methods of data collection based on asset management requirements are done. Some analyses are completed by using the new structures. The new data structures are considered to meet the asset management requirements in order to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of asset management decisions making. The new structures can be used as fundamental designs for the next data structures in the future.
