Kemacetan parah akibat pertumbuhan kendaraan bermotor yang sangat pesat di Jakarta mendorong pemerintah untuk membangun jalan-jalan altematif seperti jalan tol. Namun, masalah antrian di jalan tol akan timbul jika salah satu gardu pada sebuah gerbang tol berhenti beroperasi akibat adanya gangguan operasional.Dalam skripsi ini akan dibuat model dari sistem yang ada denan menggunakan perangkat lunak ProModel v4.0. Dalam pembuatan model tersebut, data diambil secara langsung di Iapangan dengan beberapa asumsi untuk kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan teori statistik. Setelah model dibuat, dilakukan verifikasi dan validasi terhadap model tersebut. Kemudian berdasarkan model simulasi tersebut dapar dipelajari dan dianalisis dampak dari gangguan yang terjadi pada gardu tol terhadap sistem yang ada, yaitu panjang antrian yang terjadi pada gardu tol lain yang masih beoperasi serta jumlah waktu yang dibutuhkan agar kondisi antrian kembali normal.

In this thesis, a model representing the existing system will be built using the software ProModel v4.0. In the building of the model, data were tolcen directly on the field with some necessary assutnptions and those data were being processed using the statistical theory. After the model is built, verification and valifitation to that model were done. Then based on that model, study and analysis ofthe effecrs ofthe operational disturbances of the entrance on the toll gate to the systern were inode. Those effects are the length of the queue happened on another operating entrance on the toll gate and the amount of time needed for the queue to get back to normal condition.
