ABSTRAKPenelitian dilakukan pada ruas Cibitung-Cikarang Timur yang termasuk kedalam proyek konstruksi peningkatan Jalan tol Jakarta-Cikampek. Terdapat faktor risiko konstruksi pada perencanaan dan pelaksanaannya. Tujuan penelitian ialah mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis risiko dominan yang terjadi didalam proyek yang dapat diatasi oleh biaya contingency yang tepat dengan berbasis risk management PMBOK 2008. Pengolahan data penelitian ini dengan SPSS V17 untuk mengidentifikasi risiko dominan mendapatkan model matematika. Dari persamaan model matematika diketahui terdapat hubungan linier antara Tingkat Penguasaan Risiko Dominan dengan Penetapan Besaran Contingency, dimana semakin tinggi Penguasaan Risiko maka Besaran Contingency semakin rendah. Pernyataan ini membuktikan kebenaran dari hipotesis yang telah dikemukakan sebelumnya.

ABSTRACTThe research was implemented in the streets Cikarang Cibitung East which was included into construction projects implementation of Jakarta-Cikampek highway improvement. There were a number of risk factor construction in the planning and executing. The purpose of this research was to a identify and analyzed the dominant risk occurred in the project that it could be overcome by propered a contingency fee-based risk management with the PMBOK 2008. Data was processed by SPSS V17 to got identify the dominant risk and mathematical relation model. From the mathematical model equations was known linear relationship between Mastery Level of Risk Dominance with Contingency costing, where the higher the mastery of risk then made lower the contingency costing.
