Manufacture company involving lot of worker especially on its packaging line. It is often that the involvement of the workers doesn't be based on the optimal calculation and don't follow with the adjustment between workstation and the need of worker about convenience at work. Infract, convenience is one of the important factor which is supporting worker performance and productivity. So the ergonomic design of workstation and optimal calculation of worker on that ergonomic workstation are very crucial things to do because those things can create working convenience, efficiency, and high working productivity on that workstation. To make those things happen, this research is held with using two simulation methods. Two simulation methods are Jack simulation and ProModel simulation. Simulation with Jack is being used for analyzing the effect of workstation design changing on worker performance which is scored with PEI (Posture Evaluation Index) method. The result from Jack analysis is further use for deciding the workstation design where the highest level of convenience can be achieved at the lowest PEI score. Simulation with ProModel is being used for analyzing the effect of number of worker and conveyor speed to worker utilization and also for deciding the number of worker and conveyor speed which can give the highest and most balance worker utilization level.
