ABSTRAKTesis ini menganalisa penerapan agreement on import licensing procedures world trade organization (WTO) di indonesia: studi kasus kebijakan impor tekstil dan produk tekstil (TPT) Indonesia dengan tetap melindungi kepentingan nasional Indonesia. Penelitian menggunakan kajian hukum normatif sekaligus juga empiris. Hasil penelitannya kebijakan impor tekstil dan produk tekstil (TPT) di Indonesia sudah sesuai dengan agreement on import licensing procedures world trade organization (WTO).
