Tesis ini membahas tentang pengembangan sistem informasi perencanaan kebutuhan tenaga kesehatan puskesmas berdasarkan beban kerja di Dinas Kesehatan Kota Bandar Lampung. Metode yang dipergunakan adalah metode perencanaan berdasarkan indikator beban kerja melalui lima langkah pelaksanaan. Sistem informasi ini diharapkan mempermudah pengambil keputusan untuk merencanakan perekrutan, pendistribusian serta mengevaluasi kebutuhan tenaga kesehatan di puskesmas sehingga dapat diambil keputusan yang tepat sesuai dengan kebutuhan organisasi. Pengembangan sistem informasi ini dilandasi oleh input, proses,dan output dari sistem perencanaan kebutuhan tenaga kesehatan di puskesmas. Metode pengembangan sistem informasi mulai dari konsep sampai dengan implementasinya menggunakan metode System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), pemodelan dan interface.
The focus of this study is developing of health human resources planning information system. The system can be used to plan human resources of health especially for community health centre (Puskesmas) based on work load in Dinas Kesehatan Kota Bandar Lampung. The method of developing of information system is planning based on work load indicators trough five steps. The purpose of this study is to build a prototype that can support decision makers to plan the recruitment, placement and evaluate human resources of health necessity for community health centre. The stakeholder needs to take the best decision and suitable with organization needs. The developing of information system is built based on input, process and output of health human resources planning information system. The method of this developing of information system was System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), prototype and interface.
