Akhir-akhir ini negara kita, Indonesia sering dilanda bencana gempa baik yang berskala kecil hingga besar, sehingga akibat dari gempa tersebut banyak rumah tinggal yang mengalami kerusakan bahkan hingga roboh. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memperkirakan probabilitas risiko kerusakan akibat gempa pada rumah tinggal tipe 70 di salah satu perumahaan di Kota Depok. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode experts judgement untuk memperkirakan probabilitas kerusakan rumah tinggal tersebut. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kerusakan rumah tinggal tipe 70 dapat di presentasikan sebagai kurva fungsi kerapatan probabilitas tipe Gamma 1, dimana risiko kerusakan dominan pada rumah tinggal tipe 70 adalah slight damage.
Lately our country, Indonesia is frequently hit by earthquakes from small to large scale, where the quake caused a lot of houses that were light damaged even to collapse. The purpose of this research is to estimate damage risk probability of 70 type landed house in one of the Real Estate in Depok City due to earthquake. This research used experts judgement method to estimate the damage risk probability of the landed house. The result of this research has shown that the damage of 70 type landed house could be represented as probability density function gamma 1 type, where the dominant damage risk for the 70 type of landed house is shown by slight damage category.
