Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi hubungan persepsi tentang jenjang karir dengan kepuasan kerja dan kinerja perawat. Desain penelitian deskriptif korelasi, pendekatan cross sectional melibatkan 100 perawat dengan teknik cluster sampling. Analisis menggunakan uji Chi-square dan Regresi logistik berganda; Terdapat hubungan persepsi tentang jenjang karir meliputi pengembangan karir (p value 0,000), penghargaan (p value 0,000), pengakuan (p value 0,024), promosi (p value 0,024) dengan kepuasan kerja serta tantangan dengan kinerja (p value 0,001). Pengembangan karir merupakan faktor yang paling berhubungan dengan kepuasan kerja (OR = 7,241) dan tantangan dengan kinerja (OR = 0,196). Disarankan agar temuan ini menjadi bahan pertimbangan dalam pengambilan keputusan penerapan jenjang karir perawat di RSUD Banyumas.
This descriptive correlation research aimed to identify the relationship between perception of career path with job satisfaction and with performance. Using crosssectional approach and cluster sampling technique this research has involved 100 nurses. Chi square test and binary logistic regression identified the relationship between career path; career development (p value 0,000), rewards (p value 0,000), recognition (p value 0,024), promotion (p value 0,024) and job satisfaction, on the other hand challenges and performance (p value 0,001). The most related factor on career development was job satisfaction (OR = 7,241), while performance was mostly affected by challenges (OR = 0,196). Career path is to be applied in Banyumas Hospitals.
