Tujuan penelitian adalah mengidentifikasi pengalaman klien sistemic lupus erythematosus memperoleh dukungan perawatan di Syamsi Dhuha Foundation. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif fenomenologi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis tematik. Hasil penelitian teridentifikasi 15 tema, yaitu respon fisiologis, respon psikologis, motivasi diri sendiri untuk sembuh, perasaan senasib, dorongan orang lain, memperoleh pengalaman perawatan SLE, memperoleh pendidikan kesehatan, melatih diri, latihan fisik, memiliki program kerja yang lebih baik, memberikan pelayanan kesehatan, adanya kerjasama antara petugas pelayanan kesehatan dengan institusi lain, dukungan keluarga, dukungan masyarakat dan peningkatan pengetahuan masyarakat.

The aims of research were identified sistemic lupus erythematosus clients experiences obtaining treatment support in Syamsi Dhuha Foundation. This research used qualitative phenomenology method. Analysis of data used a thematic analysis. The result of research identified into 15 theme, consist of physiology response, psychology response, self-motivation to recover, the same boat of feel, others motivation, obtaining treatment SLE experiences, obtaining health education, self training, physical practice, have work plan better than previous program, give health services, existence of cooperation among health service officer with other institution, family support, community support and improvement of community knowledge.
