Skripsi ini membahas mengenai pembuatan alat uji injektor untuk mesin Toyota 4A-FE. Secara umum alat uji ini dirancang menggunakan mikrokontrol AVR 8535, LCD display dan Hall Effect IC sebagai sensor. Mikrokontrol mengatur timer untuk membuka electronic valve pada injektor dan volume bahan bakar akan dibaca oleh sensor hall effect untuk kemudian hasilnya akan diolah oleh mikrokontrol dan ditampilkan pada LCD display. Alat uji ini dapat mendeteksi kerusakan pada injektor kendaraan berhubungan dengan volume bahan bakar yang dihasilkan.

The focus of this study is to make an injector tester for Toyota 4A-FE engine. Commonly it is designed with AVR 8535 microcontroller, LDC display and Hall effect Chip as a sensor. The microcontroller set a timer to open the electronic valve in injector and the fuel volume will be readed by Hall effect sensor and the data calculated using microcontroller then the result will be displayed by LCD. This measuring system may detect the vehicle injector malfunctions by considering the fuel volume that it produced.
