Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pembiayaan bermasalah berdasarkan golongan Non Performing Financing (NPF) dan bukan NPF, studi kasus pada Bank Syariah ABC dengan menggunakan 5 (lima) variabel yaitu fraud, withdrawals, poor management, over-trading dan change in business cycle. Berdasarkan data primer dari 62 sampel pembiayaan bermasalah yang yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner dan data sekunder dari Bank Syariah ABC, serta hasil pengolahan data dengan Logistic Regression (Logit), dengan tingkat keyakinan 95%, disimpulkan bahwa variabel fraud secara sendiri-sendiri memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap pembiayaan bermasalah yang digolongkan NPF. Variabel fraud tersebut mampu menjelaskan variabel terikat pembiayaan bermasalah yang digolongkan NPF sebesar 13%, sedangkan 97% lainnya dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak masuk dalam obyek penelitian.
This research aims to determine the factors that influence the financing problems based on the class of Non-Performing Financing (NPF) and not the NPF, a case study on the ABC Islamic Bank using the 5 (five) variable that is fraud, withdrawals, poor management, over-trading and change in business cycles. Based on primary data from 62 samples of financing problems are obtained through questionnaires and secondary data from the ABC Islamic Bank, as well as data processing results with Logistic Regression (logit), with 95% confidence level, it was concluded that the fraud variable individually have a significant influence to financing problems are classified NPF. Fraud variable is able to explain the dependent variable that is classified NPF financing problems by 13%, while the other 97% is explained by other variables that are not included in the research objects.
