Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pola semburan emisi karbondioksida di Provinsi Banten yang terdapat dua PLTU dengan sembilan unit pembangkit, menggunakan model dispersi gaussian. Emisi karbondioksida menyebar sesuai dengan arah angin dari arah Barat Daya, Selatan, dan Utara. Pola keruangan emisi karbondioksida ditentukan oleh tipe pembangkit dan cerobong serta faktor meteorologi diantaranya arah dan kecepatan angin, serta stabilitas atmosfer. Semburan emisi karbondioksida PLTU membentuk pola semburan dengan peningkatan yang tajam dan setelah mencapai konsentrasi maksimum akan menurun secara lambat.
The purpose of this research is to know the flowing pattern carbon dioxide emission in Province of Banten which has two PLTU that operating nine units of steam power plants, using Gaussian dispersion modeling. Carbon dioxide emission spreads as the wind direction from southwest, south, and north. The spatial pattern of carbon dioxide emission is created by the power plant type and chimney also meteorological factor, such as wind speed and direction also atmosphere stability. The flow of carbon dioxide emission is created a flowing pattern with sharp increasing number of concentration and after reached the maximum concentration it would be decrease slowly.
