This article presents elaboration on the legal actions against court decision which resolute declarative decision under civil law procedures in Indonesia (penetapan pengadilan). It's aimed to anticipating to court miss-resolution or on the perception that court has wrong in legalized some declaration. The authors also give procedures regarding the legal actions that can be done by the interest or injured party how to defend their rights and interests. Another assumption is aimed to giving guidance to public in their efforts to take legal actions through court declaration by the precise of legal frame under the system of Indonesian Procedure Law. The focus here is that the court declaration might be issued by pleading of the complainant (either individual or legal entity). Under the adequate pleadings is deemed that the complainant has given to the judges to conceding the court declaration issuing.
