This article does explanations concerning masyarakat hukum adat (similar to indigenous people) in Indonesia. The study here in generally view has elaborated many rules which mostly relevant to the topic. In the legal system sight's is scrutinized here that it shall comply with national and international law norms. The author has also noted out from the Badui ethnic's case which have worse experiences by such regulation that's issued by central and local government levels.
