Transmigration (people resettlement) in Indonesia had been choice as a method to create better distribution of people and also to eradicating the tendencies in most regions that's rounded into to more leave behind. To make balance spreading of resident the government have arranged through transmigration (re-settlement) model that also was applied by ancient Dutch colony. In facts, the re-settlement program started in 1970 decade's have became more of land disputes basis in many places. Lampung Province that has known as the eldest re-settlement destination becomes the interesting study on several land disputes. This article is elaborated on prior research that aimed to accomplishing towards dispute has arisen in land between community of ex-resettlement programs and local (second generation) people. The main points of the dispute is on the land acquisitions process that held by power approaches and not transparent effectively from 1974.
