Tesis ini membahas pengaruh Lembaga Kerja Sama Bipartit dan Peraturan Perusahaan terhadap Hubungan Industrial. Lembaga Kerja Sama Bipartit merupakan ujung tombak di internal perusahaan dalam penyelesaian permasalahan industrial sebelum permasalahan tersebut dibawa ke tahapan selanjutnya di tingkat eksternal. Peraturan Perusahaan dibutuhkan untuk memperjelas hak dan kewajiban masing - masing pihak (pengusaha dan pekerja) guna mencegah terjadinya permasalahan hubungan industrial. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif.Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan program aplikasi SPSS Versi 17.0. Obyek penelitian ini adalah CITIC Seram Energy Limited, sebuah perusahaan migas yang beroperasi di Pulau Seram Propinsi Maluku. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengaruh kuat dari Lembaga Kerja Sama Bipartit dan Peraturan Perusahaan terhadap Hubungan Industrial di CITIC Seram Energy Limited.

The thesis is describing the influence of Bipartite Cooperative Institute and Company Policy on Industrial Relation. Bipartite Cooperative Institute is a powerful tools to solve industrial matters in the internal company before the issue develop to the next stage at the external level. Company Policy is required to determine the rights and obligations of each party (employer and employee) in order to prevent any idustrial disputes.

The research method of this thesis is quantitative approach. The analysis is based on multiple linear regression which operate by application program SPSS version 17.0. The object of the research is CITIC Seram Energy Limited, an oil & gas company located in Seram Island, Maluku Province. The result shown that there are solid influences of Bipartite Cooperative Institute and Company Policy on Industrial Relation in CITIC Seram Energy Limited.
