DPF filter was used at muffler of diesel forklift for filter gas throw away so that make clean emision. After duration 1000 hours usage DPF filter will be dirty and stuff up, and need to be cleaned To make it clean in fact only needed two steps, filter burned at temperature 300 - 600 ?C for I5 minutes and then blown with high pressured air. The problem is the existing process have quite a lot of weakness even there is no standard hence the process become take a time, difficult in handling; and less peaceful to operator and can destroy itself Due to the above condition hence searched the way to improve that process, that is by making appliance sun 's energy used Fresnel lens that the energy more focus, friendlier environment and also operating expenses which is cheap relative. This research conducted in PT TMMlN Karawang Plant.
