Peningkatan Sifat Mekanik Material FCD 60 dengan menambahkan % Mn dan % Cu

 Abstrak

The result of research showed that the nodular ductile iron intends to get core nodular austemper
Ductile iron without heat treatment, and without added alloy too. The methode which is done just by
increasing element Mn = 0,9 % and Cu = 0,5 %, so have mechanical behaviur's ADI. The result of
making nodular ductile iron by increasing element Mn and Cu that strenght tensile average 898, I0
N/mm , elongation 5, 37 % and hardness 263 HB. As follow JIS standar that is showing of mechanics
characters which approaches Austemper Ductile iron lowest level.
