ABSTRAK
Metode biaya dalam sebuah bisnis sangatlah penting untuk mengidentifikasikankeunggulan kompetitif sehingga perusahaan dapat menentukan strategi efisiensiproduksinya. Laporan magang ini berisi analisis mengenai sistem biayapersediaan campuran antara job costing dan process costing yaitu operationcosting, dan valuasi nilai persediaan masing-masing cabang perusahaanmenggunakan lower of cost or net realizable value sesuai dengan standar yangberlaku. Selain itu, laporan magang ini juga menganalisis strategi perusahaanterkait biaya produksi dan temuan-temuan baik untuk perusahaan maupun untukauditor eksternal terkait kebijakan mengenai akun-akun persediaan.

ABSTRACT
Costing method in a business is crucial to identify its competitive advantage so thenthe company could determine the efficiency of its production strategy. This internshipreport contains the analysis of the mixed inventory costing system between jobcosting and process costing, i.e. operation costing, and the valuation of inventories ineach branch of the company using the lower cost or net realizable value in conformitywith the standards. In addition, this report also analyzes the company?s strategyrelated to the cost of production and findings both for the company policy and theexternal auditor regarding the inventory accounts.
