ABSTRAKLaju perkembangan kawasan urban semakin menggurita karena umumnya pemilihan lokasi pembangunan di Indonesia lebih mengutamakan faktor harga tanah daripada faktor lingkungan hidup dan pertimbangan keberlanjutan. Oleh karena itu penulis memilih aspek Appropriate Site Development terkait biaya konstruksi green building dengan harapan dapat memberikan informasi mengenai faktor dalam aspek tersebut yang mempengaruhi perubahan biaya konstruksi green building apabila dibandingkan dengan bangunan konvensional, dan seberapa besar perubahan yang disebabkan oleh aspek tersebut. Dari penelitian ini diperoleh pengaruh biaya akibat penerapan ASD sebesar 1,68% dari nilai kontraknya.

ABSTRACTThe rate of development of urban areas is generally faster since the election construction site in Indonesia prefer the land price factor rather than environmental factors and sustainability considerations. Therefore the authors chose Appropriate aspects Appropriate Site Development green building construction costs in hopes of giving information about factors that affect these aspects changes in green building construction costs when compared with conventional buildings, and how big the changes caused by aspect.
