ABSTRAKSkripsi ini membahas tentang program Jaminan Hari Tua bagi tenaga kerja yangdiselenggarakan oleh PT Jamsostek (Persero), PT Taspen (Persero) dan PTASABRI (Persero) serta meninjau secara yuridis penyelenggaraan Jaminan HariTua pasca diberlakukannya Undang-Undang Nomor 24 Tahun 2011 tentangBadan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatifdengan pendekatan yuridis normatif serta bersifat eksplanatoris analitis. Hasil daripenelitian adalah program Jaminan Hari Tua wajib dilaksanakan oleh tenaga kerjadi sektor formal dan informal, transformasi BPJS Ketenagakerjaan hanyamempengaruhi manajemen saja, tidak ada perubahan yang signifikan padamekanisme serta perlindungan untuk peserta Jaminan Hari Tua.

ABSTRACTThe focus of this study is security program for the old age of labor organized byPT Jamsostek (Persero), PT TASPEN (Persero) and PT ASABRI (Persero) as wellas to review the implementation of the guarantee legally days after the enactmentof Act No. 24 of 2011 on the organizers of social security (BPJS). This research isqualitative with the approach of juridical normative. The results of the research isold age benefit program must be implemented by labor in the formal and informalsector. The transformation of BPJS only affecting the management, there are nosignificant changes in the mechanisms and safeguards for participants of theguarantee of the old age.
