Skripsi ini membahas mengenai keadaan bentuk dan tata letak stupa yang terdapat di Candi Borobudur. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis khusus dan analisis konteks yang digunakan di dalam bidang studi arkeologi. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa berdasarkan hubungan antara bentuk dan keletakan stupa di Candi Borobudur, terdapat empat macam stupa pada candi, yakni stupa puncak, stupa teras lingkar bercelah bujur sangkar, stupa teras lingkar bercelah belah ketupat, dan stupa pagar langkan.

The focus of this study is the form and space of stupa in Borobudur Temple. The purpose of this study is to understand how the form can connected with the space of stupa in Borobudur Temple. This research is use form analysis and context analysis which used on archaeology. The data were collected by observation. The researcher suggests that from the connection between stupa's form and space, there are four stupa's variation, there are center stupa, stupa round terrace with rectangle slot, and stupa langkan fence.
