Analisis praktik residensi keperawatan ini menguraikan pengalaman penulis dalam mendalami kemampuan klinik keperawatan kekhususan sistem perkemihan selama satu tahun. Fokus kegiatan meliputi penerapan teori Self Care pada 35 asuhan keperawatan pasien dengan gangguan sistem perkemihan, pelaksanaan intervensi keperawatan berbasis bukti ilmiah yaitu penerapan training efikasi diri dalam meningkatkan kepatuhan terhadap intake cairan pada pasien dengan penyakit ginjal kronik dan proyek inovasi berupa deteksi dini dan edukasi pada pasien yang beresiko tinggi terkena penyakit ginjal kronik. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa training efikasi diri dapat meningkatkan kepatuhan terhadap intake cairan dan responden yang terlibat dalam kegiatan deteksi dini dan edukasi meningkat pengetahuan dan sikap tentang pencegahan penyakit ginjal kronik.

Analysis of nursing practice residency outlines explore the ability of the author's experience in clinical nursing specialty urinal system for one year. The focus of activities include the application of the theory of Self Care in 35 nursing care of patients with urinary system disorders, the implementation of nursing interventions based on scientific evidence that the application of training efficacy in improving adherence to fluid intake in patients with chronic kidney disease and innovation projects in the form of early detection and education to patients at high risk of chronic kidney disease. The results obtained indicate that self-efficacy training may improve adherence to fluid intake and respondents involved in early detection and education activities to increase knowledge and attitudes about the prevention of chronic kidney disease.
