ABSTRAKIsu Defisit Air di Jakarta mengedepankan peranan penting bagi pihak-pihak pengelola air yang ada di Jakarta, termasuk perusahaan operator air yang ada di Jakarta. PT Aetra selaku perusahaan operator air memiliki strategi-strategi demi meningkatkan kinerja mereka. Dilandasi oleh hal tersebut penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran mengenai implikasi dari efektivitas kinerja tim pada Divisi Revenue Selatan PT Aetra Air Jakarta. Efektivitas kinerja sebuah tim sangatlah diperlukan dalam suatu perusahaan. PT Aetra memilki sebuah Master Plan yang telah dilaksanakan selama lebih dari satu tahun terakhir disebabkan adanya peningkatan air yang terjual akan tetapi Aetra tidak memiliki perputaran uang tunai yang sesuai dengan yang tercatat dalam kertas, jika melihat profit Aetra yang mengikuti indeksasi inflasi yang ada. Sehingga Master Plan digunakan sebagai perencanaan target dan simulasi keuangan sampai dengan akhir konsesi dengan PAM JAYA. Namun, tujuan dari Master Plan tersebut sangat bergantung dengan keefektifan kinerja yang dilakukan oleh karyawan, mulai dari produksi air sampai dengan pengumpulan uang dari pelanggan (collection). Kegiatan tersebut berada dalam lingkup SBU, salah satunya Divisi Revenue yang terkait langsung dengan proses collection perusahaan.Data penelitian ini diambil dari dua sumber, yaitu studi kepustakaan, penyebaran kuesioner serta wawancara tidak mendalam dengan responden. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif-terapan-cross sectional dan dilakukan selama bulan Maret hingga Juni 2012. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Kerjasama tim yang terdapat pada divisi Revenue Selatan PT Aetra Air Jakarta telah berjalan dengan baik. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kerjasama tim pada divisi tersebut, antara lain adanya tujuan dari tim tersebut, pengorganisasian yang ada, kepemimpinan, iklim kerja, hubungan antar sesama anggota, komunikasi yang terjalin anatar anggota tim, kompisisi dari tim kerja, dan pengaruh yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan yang terkait, dalam hal ini adalah PT Aetra Air Jakarta.

Abstract

Water deficit in Jakarta issues put forward an important role for the parties existing water management in Jakarta, including the company's existing water service in Jakarta. PT Aetra as water service companies have strategies to improve their performance. Based on this research aims to provide an overview of the implications of the effectiveness of team performance in the Southern Division of Revenue PT Aetra Air Jakarta. The effectiveness of the performance of a team is needed in a company. PT Aetra've got a Master Plan that has been implemented over the past year due to increased water sold but Aetra will not have the cash turnover recorded in accordance with the paper, if you see a profit Aetra follow the existing inflation indexation. So that the Master Plan is used as a planning and simulation of financial targets until the end of the concession by PAM JAYA. However, the purpose of the Master Plan is highly dependent on the effectiveness of performance made by employees, ranging from water production to collecting money from customers (collection). Activity is within the scope of the SBU, one of which the Division of Revenue directly related to the collection company.

The research data was taken from two sources, namely the study of literature, distributing questionnaires and in-depth interviews with respondents. This study is descriptive, cross-sectional and applied during the month of March to June 2012. The results of this study is contained in the Teamwork Southern Revenue Division PT Aetra Air Jakarta has gone well. Factors that affect teamwork in the division, among others, the objectives of the team, the organization that is, leadership, work climate, the relationship among its members, the communication that exists advance of the team members, kompisisi of team work, and the influence that related companies, in this case is PT Aetra Air Jakarta.
