Perlindungan Hukum Terhadap Saksi Instrumenter Dalam Akta Notaris diperlukan karena seringnya saksi instrumenter terseret dalam suatu perkara yang berkaitan dengan akta Notaris. Dengan menggunakan metode yuridis normatif dengan data kepustakaan, dibuatlah tesis ini. Perlindungan hukum bagi saksi instrumenter seharusnya diatur dalam Undang-Undang Jabatan Notaris karena fungsinya berkaitan dengan akta Notaris. Undang-Undang Nomor 13 Tahun 2006 Tentang Perlindungan Saksi dan Korban ternyata tidak cukup untuk memberikan perlindungan hukum bagi saksi instrumenter. Dengan demikian diperlukan suatu peraturan perundang-undangan yang melindungi secara khusus hak-hak saksi instrumenter.

The protection of law of Instrumenter Witnesses on the notarial deed is needed because often instrumenter witnesses dragged into a case relating to the notary. By using the method of normative legal with the data of literature this tesis are discussed. Legal protection for witnesses instrumenter should be regulated in a law position of notary because the functions connected with notary. Regulations number 13 of 2006 about the protection of witnesses and the victim was not enough to give legal protection for witnesses instrumenter. Therefore, need a regulation which specifically protects the rights of witnesses instrumenter.
