ABSTRAKSkripsi ini membahas tentang sistem student conduct management dalam mengurangi pelanggaran peraturan sekolah yang dilakukan oleh siswa SMA Sugar Group. Tujuan dari penelitian ini diantaranya untuk menggambarkan persepsi siswa terhadap pelanggaran peraturan di SMA Sugar Group, menerangkan beberapa alasan siswa masih melakukan pelanggaran peraturan sekolah, menjelaskan peran student conduct management dalam mengurangi pelanggaran peraturan oleh siswa, menggambarkan makna peraturan bagi siswa SMA Sugar Group, menggambarkan makna student conduct management bagi siswa SMA Sugar Group serta menggambarkan pemahaman guru-guru SMA Sugar Group mengenai peran student conduct management.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam dan observasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem student conduct management belum dianggap efektif dalam menjalankan perannya yakni menekan jumlah pelanggaran peraturan yang dilakukan oleh siswa. Dikatakan belum efektif karena masih terdapat pelanggaran peraturan yang dilakukan oleh siswa yakni khususnya siswa kelas 10 dan kelas 11, alasan kedua sistem tersebut belum dianggap efektif karena pelanggaran berulang masih terjadi, selanjutnya adalah karena konsekuensi yang diberikan tidak dapat merubah nilai negatif menjadi positif, serta peran guru sebagai model bagi para siswa kurang maksimal.
ABSTRACTThis thesis discusses the management system of student conduct in violation of school rules to reduce the high school students conducted by the Sugar Group. The purpose of this research to describe the perception among students of high school rule violations in the Sugar Group, explains some of the reasons students still violating school rules, clarify the role of management in reducing the student conduct policy violations by students, describing the meaning of the rules for high school students Sugar Group, describes the meaning of student conduct management for high school students understanding of the Sugar Group and describes the high school teachers Sugar Group on the role of student conduct management.This research uses a qualitative method of data collection techniques through in-depth interviews and observation. These results indicate that the student conduct system management is not considered effective in carrying out its role the press that the number of violations committed by students. Is not yet effective because there are still violations committed by the students, especially students in grade 10 and grade 11, the second reason the system is not considered effective because of repeated violations still occur, because the consequences that followed was rendered unable to change the negative into a positive value, and the role teacher as a model for students less than the maximum.
