ABSTRAKThe purpose of this research is to explore the complex using Structural
Equuation Modelling (SEM), whereby both formative and reflective constructs are
included. The respondents of this reseacrh are people who ever been visiting
Tourist Village of Ciwidey as a tourist. This research is discussed about the
influence of perceived quality of destination?s offerings with destination attributes
as the indicators toward visitor satisfaction and behavioural future intentions.
Destination attributes affect the perceived quality of destination?s
offerings, which positively relates to satisfaction as well as visitor?s behavioural
intentions. But the link between perceived quality of the destination?s offerings
and behavioural future intentions is unaccepted.
Management of Ciwidey Tourist Village include the goverment is expected
to give more support and attention on developing this region. In order to make
this region become the most favorite place to visit and also can give good impact
for the local people there.
ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan yang kompleks
dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) di mana di dalamnya
terdapat konstruk formatif dan reflektif. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah orangorang
yang sudah pernah berkunjung ke Kawasan Desa Wisata Ciwidey dengan
jumlah responden sebesar 120 orang. Dalam penelitian ini dibahas tentang
pengaruh persepsi terhadap kualitas yang ditawarkan Kawasan Desa Wisata
Ciwidey dengan atribut tujuan wisata sebagai indikatornya terhadap kepuasan
pengunjung serta intensi perilaku di masa depan.
Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa atribut suatu tujuan wisata turut
mempengaruhi persepsi wisatawan terhadap kualitas suatu tujuan wisata yang
secara positif juga berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengunjung. Kepuasan
pengunjung sendiri juga memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap intensi perilaku
di masa depan. Selanjutnya, hipotesis persepsi wisatawan terhadap kualitas tujuan
wisata dan intensi perilaku di masa depan tidak diterima.
Manajemen Kawasan Desa Wisata Ciwidey termasuk aparat pemerintah di
dalamnya diharapkan dapat memberikan perhatian dan dukungan yang lebih besar
lagi bagi pengembangan Kawasan Desa Wisata Ciwidey agar menjadi suatu
daerah tujuan wisata yang diminati sehingga berdampak positif juga bagi
kehidupan masyarakat lokal setempat.
