ABSTRAK
Kinerja sistem manufaktur adalah penting dalam peningkatan produktivitas.Sistem ini terdiri dari kinerja operasional yang terbagi dalam berbagai sumberdaya seperti tenaga kerja, material, peralatan atau mesin dan alat-alat pendukunglainnya yang digunakan untuk produksi. Keluaran produksi yang diinginkandicapai melalui ketersediaan peralatan atau mesin yang tinggi dipengaruhi olehkehandalan peralatan dan pemeliharaan, kinerja operator dalam menghasilkankeluaran yang dipengaruhi oleh kecepatan produksi, dan kualitas hasil produksi.Fungsi pemeliharaan mempunyai peran yang sangat penting untuk mendapatkankinerja operasional yang tinggi dan berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini menjelaskanimplementasi Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) pada area injeksi plastik diPT. XYZ yang diukur dengan menggunakan Overall Equipment Effectiveness(OEE) dan Total Effectiveness Equipment Performance (TEEP) untuk mengukurefektivitas dari peralatan atau mesin injeksi sebagai strategi untuk meningkatkanproduktivitas dan kinerja manufaktur. Rata-rata nilai OEE di area mesin injeksiadalah 68.42% dan rata-rata nilai TEEP adalah 57.96%, nilai tersebut merupakanlevel Fairly Typical. Menerapkan dan menjaga konsistensi implementasi TPMsangat penting untuk meningkatkan kinerja operasional di area mesin injeksi danmenerapkan pemeliharaan proaktif sebagai aktivitas perbaikan secara terusmenerus.

ABSTRACT
The performance of manufacturing systems is important in increasingproductivity. The system consists of operating performance that is divided into avariety of resources such as labor, materials, equipment or machinery and othersupporting tools are used for production. Production of the desired output isachieved through the availability of equipment or machinery which is apparentlydue to equipment reliability and maintenance, the performance of the operator toproduce output that is affected by the speed of production, and the quality of theproduction. Maintenance function has a very important role for high operationalperformance and sustainable. This study describes the implementation of TotalProductive Maintenance (TPM) in the area of of plastic injection PT. XYZ aremeasured using the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and Total EquipmentEffectiveness Performance (TEEP) to measure the effectiveness of injectionequipment or machinery as a strategy to improve manufacturing productivity andperformance. The average value of OEE in the area of the injection machine is68.42% and the average was 57.96% TEEP value, that value is Fairly Typicallevel. Implement and maintain the consistency of implementation of TPM isessential for improving the operational performance in the area of the injectionmachine and implement proactive maintenance as a continuous improvementactivity.
