Fungsi pengendalian dan kinerja manajemen persediaan memegang peranan penting dalam siklus logistik. Banyak metode yang digunakan dalam fungsi pengendalian termasuk metode min-max stock dan just in time. Tujuan penulisan adalah untuk mengevaluasi penerapan metode kombinasi min-max stock dan just in time terhadap fungsi logistik dan kinerja manajemen persediaan. Metode penelitian adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam dan penelusuran dokumen.Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa penerapan metode kombinasi min-max stock dan just in time efektif terhadap fungsi penyimpanan dan distribusi, fungsi pemeliharaan dan fungsi penghapusan tetapi tidak efektif terhadap fungsi perencanaan, penganggaran dan pengadaan. Penerapan metode kombinasi ini menyebabkan kinerja manajemen persediaan menjadi efisien dari segi keuangan tetapi tidak efektif terhadap segi layanan atau operasional.

Function control and inventory management performance played an important role in logistics cycle. Many methods are used in the function control method including min-max stock and just in time. The purpose of writing is to evaluate the application of the method of combination of min-max stock and just in time for the function of logistics and inventory management performance. The research method was qualitative descriptive method. Data collection was carried out with a deep interview and document searches.

Results of the study found that the application of this method is this method to be effective against the function of storage and distribution, maintenance and removal. However, it is not effective against the function of planning, budgeting and procurement. The application of this method causes the performance of inventory management to be efficient in terms of finance but is not effective for service or hospital operations.
