 Abstract

Sampel manganit La1-xBixMnO3 (x= 0,05; 0,15; 0,2; 0,25 dan 0,35) telah dibuat menggunakan metode mechanical alloying. Eksperimen ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh substitusi Bi terhadap nilai konsentrasi relatif elektron sampel. Hasil Electron Spin Resonance (ESR) menunjukkan bahwa sampel memiliki sifat paramagnetik. Nilai faktor lande yang didapat tidak sama dengan faktor lande elektron bebas yaitu sekitar 2,00. Nilai konsentrasi relatif yang didapat naik seiring bertambahnya komposisi Bi sesuai dengan nilai resistansi sehingga kemungkinan elektron yang terdeteksi merupakan elektron radikal. Hal ini kemungkinan karena sampel berinteraksi dengan lingkungan sekitar yang reaktif.

La1-xBixMnO3 manganit sample (x = 0.05, 0.15; 0.2; 0.25 and 0.35) have been made using the method of mechanical alloying. This experiment aims to investigate the effect of Bi substitution on the relative value of the electron concentration samples. Electron Spin Resonance (ESR) spectrum shows that the sample has paramagnetic properties. Lande factor value obtained is not the same as the free- electron Lande factor which is about 2.00. The obtained relative concentration values were increased with increasing Bi composition. According to the resistance value it is perhaps that electrons detected is a radical electron. This is possibly because the sample interact with a reactive environment.
