Skripsi ini menganalisa mengenai pengaruh Degree of Operating Leverage (DOL) dan Degree of Financial Leverage (DFL) terhadap perubahan profitabilitas perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh DOL dan DFL untuk meningkatkan profitabilitas perusahaan. Kegunaan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat apakah perusahaan sudah dapat secara efektif menggunakan DOL dan DFL dalam tujuannya meningkatkan profitabilitas perusahaan. Dalam penelitian ini, digunakan metode data panel dengan estimasi fixed effect.Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan dengan menggunakan aplikasi Eviews, baik pengujian secara individu DOL dengan profitabilitas dan DFL dengan profitabilitas maupun pengujian bersama DOL dan DFL terhadap profitabilitas didapatkan hasil yang sama yaitu bahwa pada α =1% DOL berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap perubahan Profitabilitas perusahaan (ROE, ROI, ROA, dan EPS), sementara untuk DFL didapatkan hasil DFL tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap perubahan profitabilitas perusahaan.

This skripsi is analys about the influence of degree of operating leverage (DOL) and degree of financial leverage (DFL) against of the change profitability of the company. The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the DOL and DFL to increase the profitability of the company. The usefulness of this study was to see if the company has been able to effectively use the DOL and DFL in its goal improving the company's profitability. In this research, research use the method of panel data with the estimated fixed effect.

On the result of the research that research use Eviews aplication, even of DOL individual examination with the profitability and examination mutual DOL and DFL against profitability find the result is same, it's mean if α = 1% DOL influence significant against influence of profitability of company (ROE, ROI, ROA, and EPS), while for DFL find a result that DFL not influence of profitability of company.
